Pilz Machine operates a full service, state-of-the-art machine shop for small or large lot production runs, specialized in machining bar stock, castings, burnouts and fabricated parts in many types of material. Our operation can provide a complete and finished product ready for installation and use in a timely manner.
Our late model CNC lathe and CNC Milling machine centers are capable of holding close tolerances and high micro finishes. Pilz Machine designs and builds all of its CNC fixturing, and has the ablility to dedicate machines for large production lots to help reduce cost and give us a competitive edge.
Turning:
Pilz Machine has 5 CNC turning centers (3 w/8" Chuck, 2 w/24" chuck) and 3 manual lathes (1 w/8" chuck, 1 w/24" chuck, 1 w/82" chuck) capable of machineing parts up to 86" diameter.
Milling:
Pilz Machine has 7 CNC Milling Centers (2 w/rotary 4th axis) and 3 manual knee mills capable of a wide range of shapes and sizes up to 10,000lbs.
Other:
Pilz Machine is also capable of Sawing (20"dia. 20" sq.), Grinding (24" x 12" x 12"), and Welding.
